The Training Academy

By purchasing a course from The Training Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both our students and our business, ensuring transparency, fairness, and clarity at all stages of your learning journey.

1. Course Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on any course.

  • All course fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by The Training Academy.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You have the right to cancel your course within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.

  • To cancel within this period, please contact us in writing via email or WhatsApp, providing your full name, course name, and booking reference.

  • After the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, your booking will be deemed confirmed and the course will be considered started, making it non-refundable.

  • This policy applies to both online and in-person training courses.

3. Rescheduling & Course Transfers

  • While we do not offer refunds after the 48-hour window, we understand that circumstances can change.

  • At the sole discretion of The Training Academy, we may allow you to transfer to a different date or course.

  • Rescheduling must be requested in writing as soon as possible and is subject to availability.

4. Online Courses Access

  • Online course access is provided immediately after purchase or within a short time thereafter.

  • Accessing any part of the online material (videos, manuals, resources) constitutes the start of your course, and you waive your right to a refund beyond the 48-hour period.

5. Course Attendance (In-Person Courses)

  • You are responsible for attending your in-person training on the date and time booked.

  • Failure to attend without prior written notice may result in your course being marked as complete with no refund or transfer offered.

6. Certification

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of your course, including all required case studies and assessments (where applicable).

  • Certification is only granted to students who meet the required standard of competence as assessed by our tutors.

7. Liability

  • The Training Academy accepts no liability for personal belongings or injuries sustained while attending an in-person course.

  • Students are responsible for their own insurance and understanding of local legislation regarding the treatments they will offer after training.

8. Amendments

  • The Training Academy reserves the right to amend course content, tutors, or dates as necessary.

  • Any changes will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
